I agree with the last anon and love that outfit! Would you mind sharing a typical daily intake food-wise and how you maintain while letting yourself have treats now and then? I know moderation is key but if there's anything more specific that's worked for you. I've tried everything- I workout like crazy too and I love it and drink tons of water (sometimes I worry it's too much ha) so I think it must be my eating bc I'm not getting results. Messaging off anon would definitely help. Different bodies react to different things. I am extremely lucky that my body reacts very well to most things I do and try with it. But I can definitely go over some things more specifically and more easily off anon!
As for my typical meals… I limit my sugar intake, for obvious reasons. This includes fruit and I rarely drink. I eat relatively fresh, but have to deal with not having seasonal produce living in Florida (something I’m not exactly use to.) This week my meals will most likely consist of chicken with roasted tomatoes and pesto, on quinoa. I tend to stick with lean proteins and veggies. And simple carbs! Can’t forget those sweet potatoes.
I also have a protein shake for breakfast (typically vegan protein, mixed with chia and flax seeds, along with my vitamins.) Oh, and I swear by a cup of hot lemon water in the morning. So, clutch.
My thoughts are bit unorganized on here, it’s hard to share my schedule, in a way that may benefit someone. I work 60+ hours a week, squeeze in as many workouts as I can (which probably averages to 3/week, on a good week,) and barely manage grocery shopping/food prep, but I make it work. It’s all finding what make your body happy and balanced.

Easy! I workout! Haha but on a more serious note, I lift, I do yoga, I do crossfit, I spin, I do anything and everything. Except running. I hate running. I’m big on working out. I also eat pretty darn healthy and drink 60+ ounces of water a day (I try to hit 100 if I can. I’m at 70 for the day and am about to workout. So the next 30oz will come easy.)
